Store Policies


Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States.
We can ship Internationally, yet please contact me directly, as a custom shipping quote is required. 


Returns are limited to 3 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging.
Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item (IE: microphones, software related products)

For online customers:
Customers are responsible for return package shipping.
If damaged in the shipping process: please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier, then proceed from that point. 


Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.

Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email and/or Txt Marketing, you can unsubscribe at any point.

All Layaways require 50% down, and balance required to be completed in 60 days.
Layaway Returns/Cancellations: Refunds will be given as Store Credit Only. No Exceptions. 

Special Orders

ALL Special Orders require 50% down prior to placing the order. No Cancellations Allowed! 

Consignment Sales
We charge 25% of the ACTUAL Selling Price. 
Pricing Policy: As we work to get the most out of your gear, we also are pricing items to move. Meaning? We evaluate the market and price accordingly.
